A very special knife made by Satoshi Nakagawa, one of the most skilled smiths in Sakai, Japan. After working 16 years as a smith at Shiraki, Nakagawa has become 'independent' and now decides on the design and production methods himself. He forges his blades using classic Japanese blacksmithing techniques, and the blade is of the highest possible quality. The knife has a pleasant weight and fits perfectly in the hand. The edge itself is very thin, and the knife cuts fantastically well.
